Orders via the Webshop
An UNUSED product ordered in the Ogé Exclusive web shop may be returned within 14 days. The amount will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days. The product must be in its original packaging and you must present a valid proof of purchase. If this is not the case, we can not return a product. Shipping costs for returning the product are not reimbursed.
Orders at the Ogé Exclusive connected salons
An UNUSED product may be returned within 8 days. The purchase amount will be returned to your bank account within 14 days.
Your order will be sent on receipt of your payment. The transfer time may differ per bank. Depending on this, it can take several days for us to receive the payment.
Shipping costs are € 7.95 per product within the Netherlands
The delivery time is 1-2 days, if product is in stock.
