The ” Oge Exclusive ” Conditions ” regulate the use of this website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order at our site, you agree to our terms of sale. Before you order, be sure to read these conditions. If you did have agreed to the Terms and order you are required to pay and take delivery of the ordered product. Ogé Exclusive is not liable for burns which are caused by improper use.


The prices include 21% VAT. The prices listed on Ogé Exclusive include shipping. The shipping amount will be charged on any order for parcel post.


After your order is shipped, you will receive a track & trace number that allows you to trace the shipment. If a delivery cannot or will not take place on time, for example because the ordered items are not in stock, we strive to ship your order within two weeks. All mentioned delivery times are indicative only and therefore cannot lead to any right or liability.

We cannot guarantee you whether or not customs fees or duties payable. Any customs or import duties are charged when the packet is received in the destination country. These costs must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.


You have the right to withdrawal within a period of 14 calendar days. Before returning your order, you will be responsible for shipping costs that occur. A copy of the invoice and covering letter stating why the product returns should be sent along with your returned product. Without this cover letter and a copy of the invoice we cannot take the returned product.

We cannot that back any used products. If you would like to see an Ogé Exclusive hair tool first, you can visit a dealer before purchasing it.


You always have a period of 14 calendar days from the date you received your product. It is possible within the 14 calendar days to return or exchange your product. You must do this within 14 calendar days from the date you received your product. The product must be in the same condition as you received it. We cannot take back a used product. Before you decide to purchase a hair tool, you can visit an Ogé Exclusive sales point to see or test a tool.

If the product is damaged or is missing parts as a result of negligence on your end, then you forfeit your right to return. To exchange your order, you will be responsible for shipping costs that occur. You must attach a copy of the invoice and an accompanying letter. The product needs to be returned in the original shipping carton or similar rigid box. If there is a defect, please return the product to our return address. Our test panel will test the defective product. When there is a defect / malfunction with one of our products, you will be reimbursed for the shipping and get a new one sent to you. If this is not the case, then you are responsible for the shipping costs before we return the product to you. There is no warranty on broken parts with a hair tool or a defect in the digital display. The plus and minus sign may fade if it comes into contact with an oily product (for example, hair serum). Products purchased in a retail outlet must be returned at Ogé Exclusive at all times. Exchanges / returns are not processed in a retail outlet.

You will receive the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 14 days of receipt and verification of your returned order back into your account.


If a coupon code is available, it must be entered by the customer at the time of the sale. We cannot apply the discount code at a later date. Current discount codes cannot be used for previous orders.
